Amber Rose Wine is a winery entirely run by women. From those who harvest alongside Amber (yes, she frequently picks the grape lots by hand) to roles such as accountant, compliance administrator, tax accountant, photographer, and web designer – Amber intentionally chooses women. This decision is, ultimately, a sincere tribute not only to Amber's hard work but also to the women who supported her throughout her winemaking journey. Additionally, Amber envisions her daughters continuing in her footsteps.
